Nice place with comfortable apartments; I liked the idea of being able to choose between beach or swimming pool, both so close and handy. The beach is particularly quiet, you see the other beaches left and right completely packed and instead plenty of space here. Overall very pleasant stay.

If I could give it a ZERO I would. Stayed 2 nights in late August. I could write essays about the ridiculousness of this resort but I’ll stick to bullet points to make life easy. -PLACE looks abandoned and run down, no clear signage, no explanation of rules, eerie/dimly lit at night with no security to be seen anywhere. Path to the beach is a creepy wooden path with no rail and extremely easy for someone to trip or a kid to fall. -ROOMS are cleanish (not really)....Towels are clean and sheets are changed and maybe someone swept (not mopped) but that’s literally it. No toiletries only two packets of lotion and a shower cap. No shampoo, no soap, nothing to indicate place has ever been sanitized since it was built. Hair dryer made for Barbie dolls. Drain in shower was clogged, boyfriend cleaned it only to find a hair clot so large it must’ve needed at least 5 months to form. Cloth lamp covered in mold. There are signs at the kitchenette to clean after yourself or incur a fine. There is a sign by the only trash can in the entire room located in the kitchen- you must also clean that yourself or else pay a hefty fine. So essentially you are the cleaning person. Also if you are heavy set I’m not sure you’d fit in the shower. -oh you read Wi-Fi is free? Yeah, it’s non existent. Not even mentioned. -AC works very nicely. -BEACH …Oh it’s technically free in the sense you can abandon your belongings all the way at the pool then take a walk to the beach and swim with complete uncertainty about your belongings . But a beach chair or umbrella will cost you 23 euro per day….information that’s written NOWHERE, mentioned by NO ONE but some random guy who doesn’t even look like he works there (pic of his back included) will stop and hound you and demand you pay him or leave. -POOL …here the chairs and umbrella are free so technically they can get away with making the beach sound like it’s included online. But wait—you can’t get IN THE POOL WITHOUT A SHOWER CAP. Did someone tell me? No. Nowhere is it written or stated or said or listed….you’ll just find out when you get told to get out. -BAR is actually reasonably priced and run well. TL;DR Not clean, Wi-Fi is trash, trash you need to clean yourself bc there’s no visible cleaning or security staff, air conditioning is nice and so is the bartender. Resort seems to be made for Italians bc any foreigner would be appalled at the state of things. Two refrigerators but no safe. But dogs are allowed and welcomed so that’s nice.

Room size was good but a few things didnt work out for us. There where a few things missing in the kitchen (no spatula, no cattle, no oven, no microwave). The whole Appartement didnt Seen that clean. The floor seemed sandy, the bathroom had toothbrush Spots on the Floor and there were heaps of hair in the shower. After we told the Rezeption they got a cleaner to clean the bath, the toothbrush Spots where still there after... In the morning, the Windows/doors in the bedroom where so wet that even the floor got wet. They told us it's normal. We tried the heater at night, but the heater only heated up to 24C, that was too warm for the night so we left it off (that was a bit cold tho in October). Then we realized that the certains in the bedroom where full of mold (i guess because of the wet Windows). After we told them we good new certains. Also we had to pay €6,- a day for a baby bed, which I think is just too much... Also they fixed the 'problems' we had it didnt make a good Impression to us. Also the area is really dad. There is a Restaurant (also take away) next to the accommodation but thats pretty much it. You have to drive everywhere. The area of the accommodation seems nice tho. Big pools, a lot of lawn and so close to the Beach! I can reccommand the accommodation to Surfers because the Beach is so close, but if you wanna go to Restaurants at night time or walk through the City it's too far out.

Hey, my name is Enzo Im 21yo and stayed at the Solidago Resort for 4 days in July 21 My stay here was really nice, we were welcomed warm hearted. After a quick tour through the apartment, we could instantly enjoy the amenities. Pro`s: -Apartment is climated and there is a controller to set the temperature to your preference -Nice Pool with a bar next to it -The beach was about 200m away from our apartment and had many different nice spots (good for families and for couples) -its a clean beach with many lifeguard posts -there are bars at the beach -toilet paper will be restocked upon asking -the area of solidago resort is beautiful and always clean -tahere are secured parking spots Con`s: -there are no spices or washing-pads provided -if youre staying longer than 2 days i would recommend to bring: shampoo, body wash, soap/pads(dishwashing) -the toilet paper is cheap so if you got sensitive skin, i recommend to buy your own -considering the fact theres a kitchen in this apartment there is alarming little effort to make cooking easier or embrace it Neutral Info: -the room is good i would rate the comfort inside to 6/10 -pretty much all restaurants open at about 19:30 -there is music playing at the bar of the pool until late at night -check your chargers and power cables! the port varies from country to country (maybe bring an adapter with you) -at the pool: we had to either wear a swim-cap or not put our hair into the pool (i guess its a precautious meausure beacause of CoVid) -there are alot of kids around and the place is great if you have some of your own i can imagine My personal ratings: Pool: Size 7/10 Hygiene 9/10 Beach: Sand 9/10 Water 9/10 Privacy 6/10 Safety 9/10 Apartment: Comfort 6/10 Kitchen 5/10 Bathroom 6/10 Region: Restaurants 7/10 Bars 8/10 Parking spots 9/10 Neighborhood 7/10 Staff: Friendlyness 9/10 English Skills 7/10 Forthcoming 10/10 Conclusion: The Solidago Resort is a good place to stay, if you want to roam around and enjoy the pool, sea, bars, restaurants in the region. If you want to stay in the room while youre staying here and/or want your peace i would recommend another establishment.

Close to the beach ( 100 m), great staff, very helpful and nice. We had a small problem with the reservation and they handled very well, we had a problem with the sink, they fixed imediately. The apartment was very clean, newly painted, well equiped, we missed the microwave and the freezer though….

No WiFI available, you have to pay to use AC, essential kitchen equipments like toster, freezer, coffee machine missing. Pool is only open till 7 PM, you have to pay to use beach area and there are only Italian channels available on TV. So all in all not a place to spend your holidays.
